Åsa Malmström Rognes is head of the Asia Programme.
She is also a Research Fellow at the European Institute of Japanese Studies at Stockholm School of Economics and affiliated with the Department of Economic History at Uppsala University. Her research interests include Asian economic development, financial sector development and financial crises. She holds a PhD from Uppsala University and a MSc from Stockholm School of Economics.
