Charlotta Rodhe is Deputy Centre Director at the Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies (SCEEUS)
She joined SCEEUS in 2022 from the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. She served at the Swedish Delegation to the OSCE from 2013 to 2018 and has also worked with Iraq and Indonesia, as well as issues as food security, climate, environment and human rights. She has headed the MFA Euro Atlantic Security Policy Unit and has worked on public administration reform and anti-corruption at the UNDP Regional Centre for Europe and the CIS. She has also been program manager at the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, with a focus on the Western Balkans. She has a master’s degree in political science from Uppsala University, and has studied at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at St Petersburg State University (1998-2002) as well as at Stockholm Resilience Centre.
