Victoria Gräns is an intern at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI) Programme for Global Politics and Security (GPS).
Victoria is currently pursuing her master's degree in International Energy Transitions at Sciences Po in Paris. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and philosophy from Youngstown State University, USA.
Victoria has previous experience as an intern at the U.S. House of Representatives and has also worked with local and regional economic development through the Ohio Small Business Development Center and Export Assistance Network.
At the Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI), Victoria focuses her research on the connection between critical minerals and national security, and policy strategies for the financing of the green energy transition.
